Top 10 tips for fast weight loss 2020

When this year started, I decided i should be taking some serious steps towards accomplishing my weight loss goals. I am 30 years old and if I am not happy now with the way my body looks, when will I ever be? I now see the results of my efforts, and if you have the same goal you should be following some of the below ideas as well.

1. My number one tip for fast weight loss is to JUST START this journey!

Before I actually started I watched tons of videos and made so much research on how to go about it so that i will be successful. I probably lost about 6 months watching videos and other peoples success stories before I decided to do something practical.

The fact that you start your own weight loss process does not mean you cannot continue to follow other people, in fact you can do more of that along the way. You will never be fully prepared for this, and you will learn way more from your own experience than you could ever read or hear about this subject.

2. My second tip is to DRINK YOUR WATER! You will be so surprised to see how easy this one thing make it to lose weight. Water not only helps your body flush out the toxins, but it helps so much with the cravings. If you are not convinced, just go watch a bunch of videos about the popular challenge of drinking 1 gallon of water a day for 7 days — people that do it have amazing results.

3. A third tip would be to GET ENOUGH SLEEP — when you don’t rest enough, your body does not function properly…
