You worked so hard in the past few years. You dedicated yourself entirely to the job you have and this finally translated into the job that you dreamed of for so long.

Congratulations! You are a Team Leader! Now what..?

You clearly know the process, you also know the company and the products extremely well. There is no situation in which you cannot help a customer solve a difficult situation, and if by any chance you find yourself in such a position and you don’t have the answer, you most certainly “know people”. These people also “know people”. You know who to ask for help and for an opinion.

Your colleagues..? You know all their strengths and weaknesses. You also know about their struggles, what they like and don’t like about the workplace.
