3 Stupid things I did for weight loss

I started having issues with my weight around the time I left my hometown to attend University. I didn’t have my mother to cook for me anymore so I just ate whatever I wanted. I also stopped playing basketball, and that was an important change since I used to do that every day in the previous 4 years of high school. Once I noticed how my body changed, I panicked! That, of course..led me to some very poor choices.

1. Taking diet pills — yes, I did that years back. There was this pill called Superslim, which somehow had a good reputation from having bad reputation…
