3 Stupid things I did for weight loss

I started having issues with my weight around the time I left my hometown to attend University. I didn’t have my mother to cook for me anymore so I just ate whatever I wanted. I also stopped playing basketball, and that was an important change since I used to do that every day in the previous 4 years of high school. Once I noticed how my body changed, I panicked! That, of course..led me to some very poor choices.

1. Taking diet pills — yes, I did that years back. There was this pill called Superslim, which somehow had a good reputation from having bad reputation, if that makes any sense. So this pill was supposedly banned in the U.S. due to the unearthly fast results caused by it’s amphetamine composition. So I saw the sentence disclosing all this, but you know what was the only thing that I read? That it had unearthly fast results! So I found it, bought it, took it. Did it have effects? It did — I lost about 12 pounds in 10 days. Do you know what other effects it had? Irregular heart rate, insomnia, nausea, headaches. It was so not worth it! I was supposed to take it for 3 months, I stopped after 10 days. As extreme as it may seem, you CAN lose 12 pounds in 10 days without the damn pill! Sure, you need to live for working out and counting calories, but it is way better than feeling so incredibly awful as I did when taking the “all natural” pill!

2. Going on extreme 500 calories a day diet — I also did that! There was this diet — that is also going around these days , it’s called the Danish diet. It lasts for 13 days and…
